Although there are some areas in California where new RN graduates are having difficulty finding jobs and hospital and vacancies are down, this is not an indication that the nurse shortage is over.
In partnership with the BRN, CINHC conducted a study of new graduate hiring experiences. The East Bay Community Foundation and Kaiser Permanente Northern California provided funding.
